As soon as we got off the highway, at Pitesti, it started raining heavily, like in a tropical forest. We (Mihai Bivol, Tyron Ballantine, Dumitru Cosmin, Alexandru Gheorfi and I) met the others (aprox. 40 rollerbladers from all over the country + UK!) in the center, skated some ankle-high ledges for half an hour and then the police arrived. Of course they had nothing on us so they only asked us to stop skating.

So we did and after that we changed the spot (a curved ledged + some fences). After only 15 minutes, the police came again. And again, they couldn't do anything to us, else than asking us to leave.

The next spot was a long rail which was ending with a small kink and in front of this, if you crossed the road, another knee-high rail. Session was fun, with really nice tricks (like Nick Lomax's hurricane topsoul on the rail) but after half an hour it started raining pretty heavily, so everyone hid in their cars or checked in at the hostel. Unfortunately, the contest was cancelled or postponed (I'm not sure yet) because of the rain and poor organizing.

After grabbing some Mc Donald's, we went back in Bucharest, enjoying a nice ride on the highway (provided by me haha) and a Carol session afterwards.

Sessions

Although it was a cold Saturday, people showed up in the Buzau city to rollerblade and have fun. People repped from Ploiesti, Bucharest, Braila and Buzau, rolled hard and here is the outcome, a quick edit made by English:

Also, thanks to Hedonskate support, the organizers managed to give some awards (edited by Xplode):
